This work’s material is silk.It was the woman’s bridal dress.
Out cloth of the silk is called CHIRIMEN and Back cloth of the silk is very thin and we call it DOUURAJI.
This silk’s whiteness has deepened within 100 years.
That time when women didn’t have much freedom like today. I made this work with thinking about their lives
